3-5pm - Live Music from Louder Than Milk

Louder Than Milk plays a blend of Americana, honky-tonk, country, rock and blues cooked up by four songwriters who round up to a six-piece with a rhythm section. They are Andy Crowe on rhythm guitar and vocals, Jay Paget and Jeff Todd on lead guitars and vocals, Kim Patch on fiddle, Eric Smalley on Bass and Dana Reynolds on drums. They hail from Roslindale, Hyde Park, West Roxbury, JP and Harvard, MA. Let’s get those kids dancing! And look out for special guest sitting in on some of the songs!

6:30-8:30pm - Live Music from Thaddeus Hogarth Collective! (R&B/Funk/Soul)

Thaddeus Hogarth is a two-time winner of the Independent Music Award for R&B/Blues. He has been a prominent guitar player/singer-songwriter in the New England music scene since the 90’s, leading his own all-star group, the Thaddeus Hogarth Collective. He has shared the bill or stage with such legends as Tower of Power, Average White Band, Ernie Isley, James Montgomery, Fred Wesley, Donald Harrison, Steve Kimock, and Johnny Winter. His work also includes collaboration with the reggae legend and Grammy nominee, Sister Carol. Thaddeus has released 6 solo CDs, a live concert DVD, and, as a Berklee Guitar Professor, 2 instructional books and 2 on-line courses (Berklee Press/Berklee Online). His band features David Buda on bass, Matt Jenson on keyboard/Vocals, Rich Evangelista on drums and Thaddeus on guitar, vocals and chromatic harmonica.
